Weekly rates are discounted by 1 night

 

 

 

Propane BBQ's are included.

 

 

 

 

Linens upon request are $5 per bed

Towels $2 each.

Dogs allowed, $20 cleaning fee

 

 

 

Weekly rental during July & Aug are Sat to Sat

Check in is after 3pm and Checkout is by 11am.

Long Weekend rentals 3 night min. and use July/Aug rates

We offer group discounts and for reservations of 3 or more weeks.  We can accomodate 42 people in 8 Cottages.

A $200 deposit is requested for weekly rentals of 1 & 2 bedrooms and $300 for the 3 bedroom.  A Deposit of 1/3 is requested for nightly rentals.  The deposit is due upon booking by Visa or MC.  The balance is due upon arrival in cash or money order.

Cancellation Policy:  Refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee will be made when given notice of cancellation 45 days or more prior to your arrival date.  If notice is given less than 45 days prior to arrival and we are able to re-rent the cottage, we will refund the deposit less a $50 fee.  No refund with less than 14 days notice.
